Introduction

Welcome to Parktin, a platform that connects car owners (hereafter referred to as "Property Owners") with individuals seeking temporary parking solutions (hereafter referred to as "Renters"). By using the Services provided by Parktin, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Scope of Services

Parktin provides an online marketplace that enables Property Owners to offer their available parking spaces for rent, and Renters to search for and rent those spaces. Parktin does not own, operate, or control the parking spaces, but rather acts as an intermediary to facilitate the transaction between Property Owners and Renters.

Property Owners

By listing a parking space on Parktin, Property Owners represent and warrant that:

They have the right to rent out the parking space
The parking space is free from encumbrances, liens, or other claims.
They will keep the parking space clean and in good condition.
They will provide accurate and truthful information regarding the parking space.
They will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Parktin is not responsible or liable for any damage or loss to Property Owners' property, including the parking space, and Property Owners agree to indemnify and hold Parktin harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, expenses, or costs arising out of or relating to their use of the Services.

Renters

By renting a parking space through Parktin, Renters agree to:

Use the parking space only for the purpose of parking a personal vehicle.
Pay the agreed rental fee and any additional charges as outlined in the transaction.
Keep the parking space clean and in good condition.
Not cause any damage to the property or interfere with other Property Owners' spaces.

Payments

All payments for parking rentals shall be processed through Parktin's secure payment gateway. Renters agree to pay the rental fee and any additional charges as outlined in the transaction. Property Owners shall receive their payment within a maximum of 10 business days of the completion of the rental period.

Disputes

In the event of a dispute between a Property Owner and Renter, Parktin shall have the right to mediate the dispute and make a final determination. Any decision made by Parktin shall be final and binding.

Termination

Parktin reserves the right to terminate or suspend a Property Owner's account or listing, or a Renter's access to the Services, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms and Conditions or any applicable laws or regulations.

Limitation of Liability

Parktin shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of the Services, or any damages resulting from the actions or inactions of Property Owners or Renters.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the parking space is located, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Parktin and each user, and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations, whether written or oral, regarding the subject matter herein.

Changes to Terms

Parktin reserves the right to update and change the Terms and Conditions from time to time without notice. Your continued use of the Services following any changes signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
